How do I enroll my child at Mommy’s Moment Daycare?

Enrollment begins with a short form submission through our Enrollment page. Once received, our director will contact you to schedule a tour and discuss availability, tuition rates, and next steps.

What ages do you accept?

We provide care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old, with age-appropriate programs ranging from Infant Care through After-School and Summer Camp.

What do I need to bring on my child’s first day?

Please bring labeled diapers, wipes, bottles, a change of clothes, comfort items, and any required medical or allergy forms.

Is there a waitlist?

Depending on class availability, you may be added to our waitlist. Families are contacted in the order applications are received.

How much does tuition cost?

Tuition varies by age group and program. To receive an accurate quote, please contact us directly. We’ll walk you through tuition rates, payment schedules, and available assistance programs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments via our Brightwheel app. Payments can be made securely online here: Pay Fees.

Are there any registration or supply fees?

A one-time registration fee may apply to secure your child’s spot. Supply fees may be assessed annually to support classroom materials.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding major holidays.

What holidays are you closed?

We observe standard holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

What is your policy for absences or vacation time?

Please notify your child’s teacher or the front office in advance if your child will be absent. Vacation credits may be available for extended absences—ask our team for details.

Are meals included in tuition?

Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are prepared on-site daily by a licensed nutritionist at no additional cost.

What kinds of meals do you serve?

Our menus follow USDA “Choose My Plate” guidelines, including well-balanced meals with fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins. Menus are posted weekly for parents.

How do you handle food allergies?

We take allergies seriously. Please share any dietary restrictions during enrollment so our team can ensure safe meal planning.

Do you offer after-school and summer programs?

How do you ensure children’s safety?

All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified. Our classrooms are secured, sanitized daily, and monitored for safety compliance. Families can access real-time updates through the Brightwheel app.

We use Brightwheel for daily reports, messaging, and photo updates so you can stay connected to your child’s day—every step of the way.
