How do I enroll my child?

Enrollment starts with a quick application on our Enrollment page. After submission, our director will contact you to schedule a tour, discuss available openings, and review registration paperwork.

We provide care for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, offering Infant Care, Toddler Curriculum, Preschool, NC Pre-K, After-School, and Summer Camp programs.

You’ll need your child’s birth certificate, current immunization record, and any allergy or medical documentation.

Tuition rates depend on the child’s age and schedule. For accurate pricing, please contact us directly.

Tuition is managed through Brightwheel, our secure online platform. You can make payments here: Pay Fees.

What are your hours of operation?

Yes! We’re open all year, with special Summer Care and School Break Camp programs.

We close for standard federal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please call us right away. Late pickups may incur a small fee to ensure proper staffing.

Are meals and snacks provided?

Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are included at no additional cost.

Our menus are designed by a licensed nutritionist and follow USDA “Choose My Plate” guidelines. Each week includes a healthy balance of fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins.

Absolutely. Please inform our team of any allergies or restrictions during enrollment. We provide safe, individualized meal options as needed.

Menus are posted in the lobby and shared with families weekly. Contact us if you’d like a digital copy of the current month’s menu.

Yes. Our after-school and summer programs for ages 5–12 combine homework help, arts, STEM projects, and outdoor fun.

Yes. All teachers are CPR and First Aid certified, with training in early childhood development and classroom safety.
How do you ensure children’s safety?
All classrooms are secure and monitored daily. Staff undergo background checks and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Toys, tables, and shared spaces are sanitized throughout the day and deep-cleaned each evening to maintain a healthy environment.

How do teachers communicate with parents?
We use the Brightwheel app to share daily updates, photos, messages, and announcements directly with families.

Yes! Parents are welcome to visit or observe at any time — we believe open communication strengthens our family partnerships.

We send announcements through Brightwheel and post updates on our Facebook page and the parent bulletin board in the main lobby.
